The commutation of Roger Stone’s prison sentence

Once again the flaws in our justice system are on display. Senator Mitt Romney calls this ourtrage “Unprecedented, historic corruption: an American president commutes the sentence of a person convicted by a jury of lying to shield that very president.”

Since the Mueller investigation into russian influence in the 2016 election was the beginning of the case against Roger Stone, you might be interested in Robert Mueller’s response. Mr. Stone was convicted of 7 felonies, including lying to investigators, lying to congress and threatening a witness whose testimony would have exposed those lies.

And then this takes us back to re-learning about russian influence to help the Trump campaign and the Mueller report, it should be interesting to learn the effect on the 2020 campaign.
