Details: GOP healthcare big lie

More on the GOP Big Lie on healthcare. Apparently, several Republicans have recently used a lie about a Washington Post ‘Fact Check’ to support the GOP healthcare big lie.

This is detailed in an article in the Washington Post article “These Republicans are misleading voters about our Obamacare fact checks“. The article names names and goes into detail on the misuse to support their lies (or should I say misleading statements to be more polite).

But I particularly liked the part that explained the difference between the “access to health coverage” of the American Health Care Act (AHCA) supported by Republicans and “community rating, which means that people who buy similar insurance and are the same age pay similar prices” of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) aka ObamaCare supported by the Democrats.

Everyone has “access” to buying a Tesla, but it makes a difference whether you can afford to buy it.

A few words make a big difference. Don’t be misled (or fall for the lies if I want to be less polite). Read the article, it is definitely worthwhile.
