I've heard the Kindle is the best of the electronic book readers, although I suppose that is a matter of opinion. Read all about it on Amazon.
There is the older version of the Kindle (which is smaller and cheaper) and the new Kindle DX. If you look at the DX site, there is a comparison and also a reader review comparing the two.
